We recently bought a car click and collect. We wanted to buy from an established and trusted dealer as it is difficult to buy/inspect/test drive in the current lockdown circumstances. All prior purchase questions were answered and the dealer gave a detailed walk round the car describing the cars condition. The car was as described, well serviced and ready to drive away. All went very smoothly.

Enquired about a car and honestly was abit blown away with the service that was provided bearing in mind we are on lockdown. A viewing of the car via FaceTime and a further video to look back on. Bought the car on video viewing alone . Click and collect with all Covid regulations followed by seller. Car was even better in the flesh. Good honest car dealer and nice bloke.

Very nice experience just allowed to go about your leisure never pressured into buying even when you want to buy. The cars are at a good cost and reliable all cars come with M.O.T before given to you which is nice. Always see other cars on the road with the County Car Company details on it so the place is popular and for good reason. Definitely what the used car industry needs.

The owner and his employees were very friendly, honest and trustworthy. Before this purchase we had not used this garage before. We will definitely use the garage again in the future.

The experience was pleasant. I phoned up in the morning and was advised to look through the website to see what type of car I found suitable for me. Once this was done I informed staff of the choice and he was happy for me to view it the same day. Before viewing the car I received a phone call to go through my credit history to see if I would be approved for finance. This was very quick and easy on both parts. I found both people I spoke to be extremely helpful.

I honestly couldn't rate this company highly enough. We bought our new car through a finance company and hadn't seen the car before we arrived to collect it. I've never done this before and at first I was a little nervous. I had no reason to be. G was approachable, friendly and professional throughout our experience. He kept in touch with us from the moment the finance company made contact with him and went out of his way to get the car ready for us in a short amount of time. When we arrived to collect the car it was spotless, everything was prepped and ready to go and the handover happened very professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend County Car Company and I would certainly buy from them again.
