My wife broke down a short distance from the business and The Car Company manager was exceptionally kind and helpful at a time when my wife was feeling scared and panicky. He acted with consideration and kindness both to my wife and to myself on the phone although there was no financial gain to him. I am sure that when he deals with prospective clients they will feel equally cared for and the business deserves success.
